Today's writing update:
I wrote a line that made me squeal a little bit!  

You guys, writing book 2 has been one of the biggest challenges for me. To be brave, to write what I need to write, and also to pull it off in a way that does my vision justice. . . It has been daunting to say the least. I feel like book 2 in a series can make or break a series. But when I strike these little lines that sing to me, it silences the doubt that can sneak up on me.

This book is for the darkest times of my life, for anyone who feels like they wouldn't be missed. You belong here. I am glad you are here.
